Automated assembly lines
Our factory operates automated production lines with SMT mounting and wave soldering, reducing manual error and keeping output consistent across batches. Between assembly and packaging, every unit passes through electrical testing stations where oscilloscope verification and electronic loads confirm each output’s voltage and current.
100% burn-in aging on every unit
The step we never skip is aging. Every power supply runs on our 48-slot burn-in racks before it is allowed into a carton. This load-aging process catches weak components early - which is exactly why our field defect rate stays low and our 12-month warranty rarely gets used.
Stock models ship in days
Standard models are kept in our warehouse and can ship within 3-5 days; bulk and custom orders typically take 10-25 days. With long-term logistics partners we ship worldwide by DHL, UPS, FedEx or sea freight, and offer DDP door-to-door delivery for many regions.
